By recognising the importance retail plays both in veterinary practices and in vet shops, the IVPD is proud to have developed an exciting new course – Managing the Retail Process.

Modules and presenters, who are experts in their field, were carefully selected to share their knowledge with delegates.   The course was presented in Gauteng but requests have been received to bring it to both Cape Town and Natal which the Institute hopes to do in 2012.

Eighteen delegates registered for the full course and 17 delegates attended selected individual modules.

Cube Route once again generously offered their conference facilities and provided catering prior to the presentations.
